Job Summary

  • Serve as the primary deputy to the Facilities Manager by providing strategic oversight of building operations, property services, and administrative functions.
  • Ensure all activities comply with the Deed of Mutual Covenant (DMC), Building Management Ordinance (BMO), and client (CX) standards, playing a key governance role in DMC-related processes.
  • Manage end-to-end administrative workflows, coordinate HR processes for in-house staff, and support monthly budget tracking and financial reporting.
