Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience
  • 5+ years in an HR Business Partner role supporting VP-level business leaders
  • Experience supporting enablement functions
  • Experience within automation, manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial technology
  • Experience working in matrixed or global organizations
  • Travel up to 15%
