Job Summary

• This role involves leading a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team to execute a comprehensive production strategy for the SPY-6 Family of Radars.
• The position requires direct interface with customer representatives and senior Raytheon leadership to advocate for portfolio needs and ensure program success.
• Candidates will be responsible for staff development, critical Integrated Product Team oversight, and achieving cost and schedule commitments across all portfolio contracts.
