Job Summary

  • We are seeking a Quality Manager responsible for developing and implementing a Quality strategy that delivers measurable business value by driving process improvements, enhancing customer satisfaction and improving profitability.
  • The Quality Manager will drive local quality processes across the Italian plants and ensure alignment with corporate and regulatory standards.
  • He/she handles non-conformities, guides suppliers toward shared quality requirements, collaborates closely with production and logistics, engineering, procurement and sales, field and supplier quality organizations in line with the H&W Business Unit Quality Strategy to ensure process consistency.
