Job Summary

• The CTICU unit has 20 beds with nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:1 & 1:2 (high acuity 2:1) caring for patients from birth to late adulthood with complex heart conditions.
• This role involves providing nursing care using a Family Centered approach, assessing patient needs, and planning, implementing, educating, and evaluating care using Evidence-Based Practices.
• The position offers a minimum pay of $36.90 per hour plus shift and weekend differentials, a $2.00 per hour increase upon successful completion of unit orientation, and a $10K signing bonus for RNs with at least one year of critical care experience.
