Job Summary

  • Serve as the appointed Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) and play a critical role in ensuring that our German entities fully comply with all legal and regulatory obligations—particularly in the areas of Anti‑Money Laundering (AML) and Counter‑Terrorist Financing (CTF).
  • Develop, implement, and maintain AML/CTF policies, procedures, and internal controls, and define and monitor compliance requirements across existing and new products, services, and business initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • University degree in law, economics, finance, business, or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years AML, compliance, or risk management experience
  • At least 3 years leadership or supervisory capacity
  • Strong knowledge of German AML/CTF regulations
  • Proven experience engaging with regulatory authorities
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making skills
  • Strong communication skills in German and English
