Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum three 3 years of experience in security engineering
• Hands-on involvement in deployment and management of Microsoft 365 E5 Security & Compliance features
• Experience in data classification, data loss prevention, insider risk management, and regulatory compliance controls using M365
• Understanding of identity and access management, Zero Trust principles, and RBAC
• Familiarity with cloud-native security operations, Microsoft Secure Score, and M365 service health/performance monitoring
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and writing skills in English and Greek
