Job Summary

  • As Customer Experience Manager – Autoimmune T1D within our General Medicines team, you'll lead the commercial activation of Tzield across key accounts in the UAE, shaping how patients at risk of Type 1 Diabetes access life-changing treatment.
  • Map, segment, and develop deep knowledge of key accounts (Centers of Excellence and autoimmune diabetes care pathway) to drive Tzield adoption and patient access.
  • Be part of a truly pioneering mission – helping protect people from developing Type 1 Diabetes with one of the most innovative treatments in autoimmune care.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device sales
  • Experience in UAE market
  • Type 1 Diabetes/specialty/rare disease experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or medical/life sciences
  • Fluency in English required
