Key Requirements
1-5 years trainer/counselor/Optometrist/Sales experience
thorough understanding of managed care
Optometrist with training experience preferred
Proficiency in English and Hindi
Bachelor’s degree in Optometry mandatory
Master’s degree or MBA added advantage
comfortable carrying out training programs in Hybrid model
