Job Summary

  • The Cancer Control Specialist II will manage the Bowling Green office of the Kentucky Cancer Program and be responsible for cancer control initiatives in a seven county district of Kentucky.
  • Activities include all components of cancer prevention and early detection programs, patient and family support services, continuing education and training programs, and coalitions/partnerships.
  • This individual will also lead specially funded cancer control initiatives in the district and select statewide initiatives, developing programs in accordance with national, evidence-based guidelines.
