The Maintenance Group Leader will lead a group of skilled hourly workers to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment and processes.
Candidates must possess technical expertise to oversee maintenance operations with a focus on Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness, Cost, and Environment.
Selected candidates will contribute to the advancement of manufacturing processes supporting the shift toward electric and autonomous vehicles.

Must-have
One year direct team supervisory experience
Reading electrical pneumatic hydraulic blueprints
Willingness to work weekends and rotating shifts
Experience solving complex problems in fast-paced environment
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs periodically
Nice-to-have
Experience supervising employees in a union environment
Experience working with CNC Technologies including robotics
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
High level of integrity and ability to deal with ambiguity
Experience collaborating across multiple functions
Key Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
18 years of age or older
Basic computer proficiency required
