Key Requirements
6–10 years experience in global payroll or total rewards
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
CPA / CA qualification or strong employment tax expertise
experience across Southeast Asia and APAC payroll
experience designing variable compensation and equity plans
