Job Summary

  • As part of the Customer Service team, you will receive, analyze, and enter customer orders into the ERP system according to established standards.
  • You will verify, complete, release, and modify orders entered by customers and distributors via their respective portals, as well as orders linked via EDI.
  • You will be responsible for updating contact information in Salesforce and communicating with customers to ensure delivery and invoicing meet expectations.
