Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this job position is to ensure adequate and appropriate staffing of the facility nursing department to meet the needs of the residents based on budget, census, and as may be directed by facility administration.
  • Essential duties include maintaining employee records, completing monthly nursing schedules, coordinating requests, and answering employee calls regarding staffing/scheduling functions.
  • The role requires assisting with interviewing CNAs, confirming license/certification for new hires, and maintaining confidentiality of employee information.
