Salary
Pay range: $63-$69 hourly DOE

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state
Proficient in Net Health and Point Click Care
CPR certification if required by licensure
Maintain continuing education requirements per state practices
