Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for developing franchisee value proposition, loyalty programs, category roadmaps, defining long-term product strategies, and activating those product plans to drive innovation, brand, and growth.
  • Lead the building and maintenance of sales tools and training required to communicate and differentiate product stories and partner with store operations and marketing to create tools and training for Field Leaders to drive adoption and execution of brand strategy.
  • This leader will partner closely with the Category and Assortment COE teams to set the direction for new products and manage product lifecycles to ensure cohesive storytelling.

Key Requirements
