Job Summary

  • The Co-Product Technician role will be able to safely and efficiently operate and adjust all equipment in multiple processing and packaging area’s.
  • The Co-Product Technician will be willing and able to seamlessly change positions between current qualified jobs to meet plant needs on their respective shift to help reach Hermiston’s CBN goals.

Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • 1-2 years of food manufacturing experience preferred
  • English communication skills required
  • Qualified in L2/3 Formed Product, L2/3 Co-Product Packaging, and Sanitation
  • Qualified in Lock Out Tag Out on L2/3 equipment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist and turn frequently
