Job Summary
You will strategically scale and embed learning across our international organization, ensuring programs are relevant and drive business outcomes.
Serve as the strategic advisor for people development across EMEA and APJ, forging strong partnerships with regional and departmental leaders to co-create and implement learning plans.
Use data-driven insights to drive global strategy by establishing key metrics and rigorous reporting mechanisms to measure the success, regional impact, and ROI of all international people development programs.
