Job Summary

  • This position plays a lead role in developing and evolving the CSL’s enterprise strategy, leading Enterprise-wide, often global initiatives, coordinating and leading cross functional teams, identifying opportunities, evaluating options and making recommendations back to the executive management team and to the Board.
  • The position is also focused on identifying as well as executing end-to-end corporate development / M&A transactions.
  • This is a highly visible role internally, with responsibilities that contribute directly to scaling the company to the next phase of growth.
