Must-have
10+ years global supply planning experience
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Operations
SIOP/IBP process leadership in multi-site environments
Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Tableau skills
SAP or Oracle ERP system expertise
Constraint-based planning model development
Nice-to-have
APICS CPIM certification preferred
Master's degree in relevant field
Experience with digital transformation initiatives
Strong cross-functional influence and change management
Subject matter expertise in capacity modeling
