Job Summary

• The Lead BIM Engineer assists the Manager as a project team member, interacting with project owners, architects, engineers, contractors and subcontractors to develop and analyze the virtual construction process.
• Responsibilities include attending and/or managing model coordination meetings, coordinating models with internal and subcontractor detailers, and processing shop drawing level models for approval.
• Proficiency in BIM software and strong understanding of project requirements are essential for creating and managing BIM models that accurately represent design intent.
