Job Summary

  • Supports day to day continuous patient safety improvement for assigned facilities, mentoring and coaching teammates to ensure the achievement of departmental patient safety goals.
  • Prepares Quality reports, scorecards and presentations, coordinating department and facility patient safety meetings, analyzing trends, identifying opportunities, developing action plans, and measuring success.
