The role involves managing the overall design delivery of the Calvert Infrastructure Maintenance Depot from the Scheme Design stage through to the As-built stage.
The successful candidate will coordinate and lead design efforts for buildings, railway elements, and all other facilities while supervising specialist subcontractors.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Railway depot design experience
Management of designers and subcontractors
Integration of architectural MEP and railway engineering
Knowledge of building codes and zoning regulations
Experience with CDM Regulations compliance
Nice-to-have
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to identify cost savings and efficiencies
Experience with digital deliverables management
Stakeholder engagement and liaison capabilities
Key Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering, Railway Engineer, or Architecture
Experience managing large railway station buildings or complex structures
Demonstrable knowledge of discipline coordination principles
