The Area Therapy Advancement Manager leads the area Therapy Advancement field team and is responsible for developing and overseeing the successful execution of the Johnson & Johnson MedTech Electrophysiology (EP) marketing strategies.
Key duties include leading and developing the regional therapy advancement team, driving strategic alignment and business planning, advocating for Electrophysiology programs, and advancing awareness and market presence.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of professional work experience and 4+ years of sales and marketing experience, including people leadership experience.
