Key Requirements

  • Security Officer Healthcare Certification (CHSO)
  • Unarmed Guard License for NC teammates
  • Stop the Bleed Certification
  • Valid driver’s license
  • FOID Card or CCW license
  • Conducted Energy Weapon certification
  • High school graduate or GED
  • Minimum 1 year security or public safety experience
  • Completion of Illinois 20-hour Basic Security Officer course
  • Background check and drug screening
