Job Summary

  • Provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
  • Assist residents with daily functions including bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene, and ensure residents are kept dry and comfortable.
  • Measure and record resident vital signs, weigh residents, and record food/fluid intake, reporting any changes to the Nurse Supervisor.
