This role is first and foremost a credibility-led relationship builder responsible for establishing trusted relationships across key defence stakeholders.
The incumbent will lead the development of Maximus as a capable partner in areas such as recruiting, member services, digital transformation, and operational support.
Candidates must be eligible for Government of Canada security clearance and are preferred to be Ottawa-based with ability to travel within Canada.
