Base: $95,750 - $115,750; Bonus/Equity: Variable incentive pay eligible; Benefits: Competitive pay and benefits benchmarked with comparable companies

Must-have
Bachelor's Degree or higher
4+ years supply chain experience
2+ years ocean or air freight
2+ years trucking and drayage
ERP systems knowledge
Statistical analysis skills
Nice-to-have
SAP experience preferred
WMS familiarity
Lean Six Sigma exposure
Continuous improvement mindset
Strong communication skills
