  • The SCEO will serve as a Global Compliance focal at the Renton Site and be responsible for proactively identifying and implementing engagement opportunities to encourage compliance, foster an open and transparent work environment, and to help create a culture of personal accountability for compliance.
  • The position requires strategic thinking, strong written and oral communication skills, analytical skills, collaboration, independent judgment, and the ability to influence others.
  • The SCEO will also work alongside one site compliance ethics officer for at the Renton site, and may be required to support smaller Secondary Boeing sites in addition to their primary site support to Renton.
