The Compliance Promotion Department will support and guide the general managers for East and West Japan, focusing on preventing issues, identifying early signs, responding to incidents, and supporting employee and agent education.
The department will be reorganized in FY2026, with a two-pole system for East and West Japan to improve agility in responding to industry challenges such as insurance fraud and improving operational quality.
