Must-have
Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) adherence
Experience in ambient and cold-chain environments
Ability to work afternoon shifts Monday to Friday
Knowledge of safety regulations and PPE usage
IT literacy and attention to detail
Nice-to-have
Supervisory experience with small teams
Experience with biological or pharmaceutical materials
Continuous Improvement and Lean Process knowledge
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Flexible attitude towards last-minute changes
Key Requirements
GCSE English and Mathematics or equivalent
