Must-have
10+ years leading Benefits or Total Rewards
Deep U.S. benefits expertise with multi-country support
Proven track record in vendor RFPs and contract negotiations
Hands-on experience with U.S. leave programs and regulations
Experience partnering with Finance on cost management
Nice-to-have
CEBS designation or global employee benefits certification
Experience in high-growth technology companies
Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making
Excellent communication skills for translating complex topics
Track record of driving operational modernization
Key Requirements
10+ years progressive experience in Benefits or Total Rewards
People leadership experience building high-performing teams
Solid background in benefits cost management and financial modeling
Hands-on experience with FMLA and state-mandated leaves
