Must-have

  • 10+ years leading Benefits or Total Rewards
  • Deep U.S. benefits expertise with multi-country support
  • Proven track record in vendor RFPs and contract negotiations
  • Hands-on experience with U.S. leave programs and regulations
  • Experience partnering with Finance on cost management

Nice-to-have

  • CEBS designation or global employee benefits certification
  • Experience in high-growth technology companies
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making
  • Excellent communication skills for translating complex topics
  • Track record of driving operational modernization

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years progressive experience in Benefits or Total Rewards
  • People leadership experience building high-performing teams
  • Solid background in benefits cost management and financial modeling
  • Hands-on experience with FMLA and state-mandated leaves
  • Experience partnering closely with Finance and Legal
