Job Summary
Perform shift duties to support CIM system for operations, such as first line CIM recovery according to SOP provided and escalate to Level 2 CIM engineers when appropriate.
Monitor CIM system and server performance and support other IT related issues, assist CIM engineers to do CIM link up to the tools.
