This role serves as a key position within the Paralegal Engagement & Acquisition team managing both paralegal and trainee candidates.
The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting, vetting, screening, and onboarding candidates while building high-quality proposals for clients.
As part of the Commercial Development Scheme, the associate gains exposure to all aspects of the business including negotiating commercial terms and working with lawyers at all seniority levels.
