Job Summary

  • Be the clinical expert and trusted partner who empowers healthcare providers to maximize advanced HealthTech solutions through expert guidance, hands-on problem solving, and first-time-right support that directly improves patient outcomes.
  • Develops and administers training plans to fulfill obligations of order that ensures customer competency on DynaCAD Radiology, DynaCAD Urology, Advanced Annotation, UroNAV, and Sentinelle Coils.

  • 3+ years clinical experience in MR, Ultrasound
  • Familiarity with image generation and data analysis tools
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong conflict management and influencing skills
  • Clinical knowledge of modality specific workflow
  • Strong teaching, coaching and mentoring skills
  • Imaging experience and familiarity with digital imaging workstations
  • Troubleshooting computer, software, networking
  • Basic DICOM knowledge
  • Advanced knowledge of general anatomy, pathology, and physiology
  • Strong interpersonal, customer and management skills
  • Ability to work in high-pressure environments
  • Advanced computer and Microsoft Office skills
  • Advanced knowledge of clinical applications and post processing products

Nice-to-have

  • Ability to travel up to 100% of the week
  • Located near a major airport

Key Requirements

  • Minimum Associates Degree in Radiology required
  • Certification in MRI, CT, or Ultrasound Modalities preferred
  • US work authorization is a precondition of employment
