  • This position supports management by interpreting and applying State and NCDOT personnel policies, advising on personnel issues, and reviewing hiring packages and reallocation requests.
  • Responsibilities include managing administrative budgetary decisions, preparing HR reports, managing the NCVIP Program, and serving as Training, BSIP, and IT Coordinator.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
