The Medical Director will be the clinical leader for the inpatient newborn and special care nurseries where they will be responsible for implementing best practices and policies for optimal newborn care.
The Medical Director will benefit from being a member of the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) Department of Neonatology with access to the resources and expertise of a large academic department while providing an opportunity to practice in an intimate community hospital.
Appointment as an Instructor at the Harvard Medical School will be commensurate with experience, training and achievements in addition to teaching activities.
