Job Summary

• Manage and grow key accounts within the Agency by building strong client relationships, providing strategic recommendations and exceptional client service.
• Own the training plan for onboarding new clients, continuing programmatic education, platform improvements, and new channels and markets within the industry.
• Develop standard methodologies within Client Services, collaborate with Product Marketing to develop effective training collateral and customer facing guides, and train and onboard new teammates.

Key Requirements

• 5-7+ years consultative client-facing online advertising
• 1-2+ years DSP experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Mentorship and/or leadership experience
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Solid experience in Excel and MS Office
