Extendicare Cobourg is seeking a part-time Recreation Aide to assist in planning and implementing engaging programs for seniors at Blenheim Community Village. The ideal candidate will have a background in recreation or gerontology, along with experience working with elderly populations, and will play a key role in enhancing the quality of life for residents

Job Summary

  • Assist in the planning, organization and implementation of meaningful programs for the residents, in collaboration with the Recreation Manager & Executive Director.
  • Maintain effective communication and good human relations with residents, families, volunteers and staff of other departments, keeping them informed of current and upcoming events.
