Base: €3,435 - €5,216 gross per month (scale 8); Benefits: ~18% Individual Choice Budget; Additional: 1.5% career budget and travel cost allowance
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
HBO bachelor Social Work or equivalent
2080 hours relevant work experience
Registerplein registration as Social Worker
Strong communication skills in Dutch
Ability to handle complex client problems
Valid driver's license and own car
Nice-to-have

Natural autonomy and self-organization

Continuous learning mindset
Experience with WMO legislation
Key Requirements
HBO bachelor degree in Social Work, Pedagogy, or Psychology
Minimum 2080 hours of relevant work experience
Registration with Registerplein (Maatschappelijk Werker)
Possession of a valid driver's license and personal vehicle
