Job Summary

You will report to the Senior Manager, Software Development Manager based in Canada and the role is hybrid-based in Montreal or Toronto, with the team meeting in person once or twice a week.
Responsibilities include recruiting and nurturing talent, managing project completion, guiding technical investigations, and ensuring team performance and staff development.
