Must-have
MD or DO degree required
Board certified physician
5+ years patient care experience
3-5 years medical director role
Formulary and P&T governance expertise
Utilization management oversight
URAC/NCQA/CMS compliance knowledge
Nice-to-have
Prior national PBM leadership experience
Specialty pharmacy strategy knowledge
GLP-1 utilization strategy expertise
Value-based contracting experience
Strong stakeholder presentation skills
Experience with proprietary PBM software
Key Requirements
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Osteopathy (DO) degree
