Act as a senior escalation point, resolving complex L2 issues across laptops, VDIs, servers, and enterprise platforms in a hybrid environment.
Support and improve endpoint management, on-prem and cloud-integrated services, using tools including M365, Intune, PowerShell, and Atlassian platforms.
Deliver complex system and infrastructure changes, contribute to root cause analysis, and mentor junior engineers through technical leadership and documentation.
