Job Summary

  • This role owns the end-to-end technical lifecycle of the Repairable List, from new spare part repair feasibility through steady-state execution across multiple repair centers, delivering measurable impact on customer experience and Service P&L.
  • Define, document, and own global repair processes, test definitions, and engineering procedures to ensure consistent execution across all repair centers.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across repair centers to improve yield, MTBR, NFF rates, and NRI cycle time.
