Job Summary
Leading a team of care home managers, you will give them all the support they need to deliver excellent customer service, high quality standards for our residents, and strong leadership for our people.
Working across all homes in your region, you will ensure each one provides high standards of customer care and services in line with company policy, customer expectations, service level agreements and current legislation.
