Job Summary

  • The Digital Marketing Specialist-Patient Recruitment will develop and manage clinical trial recruitment campaigns, including designing, executing, and optimizing omni-channel campaigns that drive patient awareness, education, and enrollment.
  • This position will sit at the intersection of digital marketing, patient advocacy, and clinical operations, and apply a strong understanding of regulated pharmaceutical advertising, data-driven marketing, and performance measurement.

Salary

Base: $135,000 to $148,500 annually; Bonus/Equity: discretionary bonus and equity award; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with match, Unlimited PTO for exempt employees

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital media, performance marketing, or growth marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, or related field
  • Experience working within highly regulated environments is preferred
  • Experience working with patient advocacy groups is preferred
