BlueScope/Steelscape is seeking a Customer Service Representative for their hybrid roles in Kalama, WA, and Rancho Cucamonga, CA, to manage the order fulfillment process and foster customer relationships. Job Summary

  • The purpose of this position is to manage the order fulfilment process and develop strong relationships within our customer base as the key internal contact.
  • This position functions to provide quotations, advice on order status and offer technical support on product offers while ensuring open communication with customers.
  • In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a targeted annual bonus, health and welfare benefits, and a 401(k) match.
