Job Summary

  • The Customer Service Representative engages with customers through inbound and outbound calls and/or online channels, resolving routine inquiries and issues related to client products and services.
  • As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll receive incoming contacts from customers interested in purchasing/researching travel, determine reservation needs, and make recommendations based on customer preferences.
