Cluster PrincipalOverviewOur client is looking for an experienced Cluster Principal to support and oversee the operations of multiple preschool centres in Singapore. Working closely with Centre Principals, the Cluster Principal will play a key role in ensuring operational consistency, regulatory compliance, staff development, and overall centre performance across the network. This role would suit a senior preschool leader who enjoys mentoring Principals, supporting centres operationally, and working closely with stakeholders to strengthen quality and operational excellence across multiple locations. The environment is collaborative, community-oriented, and hands-on in nature. Key ResponsibilitiesCentre Leadership & Operational SupportPartner closely with Centre Principals to support day-to-day centre operations Provide guidance and support on operational matters, staffing issues, parent concerns, and centre performance Monitor centre operational health, enrolment trends, staffing situations, and service quality Support Principals in resolving operational challenges and implementing improvements where required Compliance & Quality AssuranceEnsure centres remain compliant with ECDA regulations, licensing requirements, and operational standards Support centres in preparation for ECDA visits, licensing renewals, SPARK/SPARK 2.0 assessments, and internal reviews Work with Principals to identify operational gaps and implement improvement plans Ensure consistency in operational practices and standards across centres Principal Coaching & Leadership DevelopmentCoach and support Centre Principals in their professional development Share best practices across centres and encourage operational consistency Build strong working relationships with centre leadership teams Support succession planning and leadership capability development where required Stakeholder ManagementWork closely with the Executive Director, HQ support teams, and Centre Principals Partner with HR, Finance, Mar
