Key Requirements
~3 years experience
RHCSA certification required
RHCE optional
CCNA or Basic Networking
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in remote O&M or technical support roles in Energy Storage, Power Generation, or Industrial Automation
Proven hands-on experience in monitoring and remote troubleshooting of BMS, PCS/Inverters, HVAC
Physically capable to support field teams if needed
